    Despite what san fransisco tried to do this commercial looks GREAT!!! It will be quite effective at getting new recruits.

    By the way..

    I will never spend a single dime in the much dis-oriented city of Bagdad by the bay for the way the city lemmings refused the S.D.T a simple permit to film within the city proper.

    ever since the Marines reinvented their recruiting pitch, they’ve been kicking ass with these tv spots.

    Don’t get me started on the lava monster though…

    I have seen the Marines perform the Evening Tattoo twice at 8th and I, and once at the Iwo Jima Memorial. I think the first time was in the early 1970′s, and the second time was in 1981. The quality of the performance of those Marines didn’t vary a whit in all those years, and if this video is even a semblance of how good they are, these guys are just as good. That’s a testament to the individual Marines, to be certain, but also to the Corps itself.

    They are just awesome.
