Perfect Valor to premiere at the 2009 GI Film Festival

Perfect valor is to behave, without witnesses, as one would act were all the world watching.” François de La Rochefoucauld

Perfect Valor cannot easily be described. It is not a typical History Channel documentary. It has a message, but does not pound the viewer with that message. David C. Taylor has taken six characters and woven their stories together into an emotional tribute to all the men and women who have served in Iraq. He has also included the stories of the families and their stoic wait at home.

He has shown that this endeavor has been a family thing – the warrior family – the Marine family – the American family. All have paid a heavy price fighting a ruthless and determined enemy.

This is not a ‘war is bad’ movie. We all know that America has lost much wealth and blood in these last six years. David shows us how this war has impacted real people in so many different ways. He also tells the story of fighting a ferociously fanatic enemy to lift the veil of oppression off of the people of Anbar Province.

Walk with Marines through the streets of Fallujah as they fight to return order to the most violent city in the world. Experience modern-day urban warfare as the Marines kick in doors: never knowing if they will find an incensed insurgent or a cowering Iraqi family. Regain your confidence in our young men and women who have been laying their lives on the line for all these years.

Perfect Valor will remind you that we are the good guys.

Semper Fi,

Richard
