Conference AAR pt. 1

Hi folks, just checking in from the airport. Why I need to connect through Seattle to get to LA is absolutely beyond me....
The conference was an absolute blast, can't tell you how much of a pleasure it was to meet everyone, will have more when I get home.
In the meantime, if you're looking for an accurate after action report, Sgt. Hook summed up last night's pubcrawl fairly well.

John - check yer LES man, Stars and Stripes busted you to Airman.
Airman John Noonan, who recently helped launch the blog www.op-for.com, admitted that for now the site is more of a hobby than a career, and if the Air Force told him to stop his online activities he would. But he hopes the military doesn’t take that adversarial approach to the bloggers.
ah that's okay. The term "airman" is kind of like "soldier," it isn't necessarily rank-specific.

Looking forward to your next post. The conference was great. I caught it online from the website video and audio feed. It was great to be able to chat. The conference was very informational and the chat was highly entertaining.
