While roaming the halls of the building where I work, I was perusing some of the (actually very well done) Air Force displays. Something caught my eye… “Colonel Moseley entered the Air Force in 1998 as a graduate of Virginia Military Institute…” That’s right– the CO of the Thunderbirds is a VMI man. Pretty slick.
Class of ’98 and already a Lieutenant Colonel? Must be a fast mover indeed! Well done!
PS… Yes, I’m back; sold my house and moved and battled a virus that caused me to miss Col Dabney’s memorial, then had to get a new laptop. But now I’m operational again. Miss me??

Read the headline and thought you meant the 45th Infantry. The Thunderbirds.
I made the trip to Lex for the service. It was a fitting tribute for a great American, an Officer and a true Gentleman.
It pained me greatly to miss it., plus I was supposed to ride with T76. However I had pressing matters at home.
Lieutenant General Dan Darnell ’75 commanded the Thunderbirds back in the 90′s.
Excellent!
Would that be, “Heard From Yesterday”? :-)
