    Thanks for the offer, but I’m out of the house-market for a while. Took a massive hit when the job pushed me out here. I’ll be doing the geo-bach routine now. Wah snivel.

    Can you make some recommendations on good neighborhoods? Springfield’s grown so much I doubt I’d find the mall. Heh
