My Old Pal, Vitamin M

By Lt Col P

Just started P90X here aboard USS EGGERS (LHD-1369), which for me will be about P30X since I'm short, but as I've done bits and pieces of it courtesy of "P90Max" at 4th ANGLICO, I know what's in store.

So, I grabbed me some Vitamin M. I used it extensively in airborne school (!), even though I've previously never been into any sort of daily pain reliever, however mild. It made a big difference.

Ah, Vitamin M-- munch, munch, numm numm...

What, pray tell me is P30X?

P90X is a video workout program. It is a tough full body workout using lots of pullup and pushup variations plus dumbbells and cardio. I'm sure LtCol P is stating that he will be performing an abbreviated version due to his size and probably lack of gym equipment.

Don't let LtCol P fool you. He REGULARLY led from the front at both airborne school and 4th ANGLICO P90Max sessions. No sympathy from the peanut gallery LtCol P!!!!

HA! P"30"X is my indeed my truncated version of the full thing, since I'll only be on deck for this month.

I'm presuming Vitamin M is Motrin. If so, I suggest you make damn sure you're taking it with food. I didn't, and wound up short 5 pints from a duodenal ulcer. Medic said he'd never seen anyone as white as me walking.
