Traitors and 5th Columnists

By Lt Col P

Here we go again.

"A spike in terrorism cases involving U.S. citizens is challenging long-held assumptions that Muslims in Europe are more susceptible to radicalization than their better-assimilated counterparts in the United States.

"Four investigations disclosed in the past 12 months, including the arrests of five Northern Virginia men in Pakistan this week, underscore what the Obama administration asserts is a domestic threat emanating from Americans training overseas with al-Qaeda and related terrorist groups in Pakistan. "We have apprehended extremists within our borders who were sent here from the border region of Afghanistan and Pakistan to commit new acts of terror," President Obama said this month in announcing plans to deploy 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan.

"American Muslim organizations, jolted by the spate of cases, are abandoning their hesitation to speak out about the issue. While underlining that only a tiny minority has become radicalized, two major groups -- the Muslim Public Affairs Council and the Council on American-Islamic Relations -- said this week that they would launch counter-radicalization programs aimed at young people." [Thanks, fellas, we could really use that! Where were you a few years ago??]

So, these five nuts wanted to go for some Jihad? Let's give it to them. Get what information we can out them and then drop them off in Helmand or Kandahar, with an AK and one hour's head start. See how they like it then. Might make 'em wish they stayed back in dental school.

Either way, I'd say that MPAC and CAIR have their hands full. We'll see if they can deliver. Don't hold your breath.

Don't know about MPAC, but CAIR I wouldn't trust anywhere or anywhen.

Treason:
1. the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
2. a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state.
3. the betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

Isn't the penalty for treason death? Looking at the way the Black Panther incident was handled, what are the chances our Christian(?) President would allow these five traitors to face that fate?

MPAC and CAIR confronting radicalism is like a couple of foxes saying they are going to address and reduce chicken eating amongst the foxes.

Those groups want islam established as the religion and law of the land. Nothing less.

You'd better hope that these groups can accomplish their tasks. We're not capable of it... and you can't win this thing militarily. We lack the number of bullets and national resolve. Plain and simple.

Whether we like it or not, this IS about the hearts and minds. Lose that... lose the battle.

From a cop's perspective... if we've caught these few, you can bet there are ten more like 'em lurking out there in the homeland somewhere... waiting.

Graybeard: Article III Section 3 of US Constitution defines treasons as: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Punishment is left to Congress but with restrictions: "The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."

It is a contoured base that conforms,memoryfoam-like,to your foot so that you almost feel like the shoes was made for you.It is then reinforced to provide extra support. The bottom tier is a combination of th "Classis" and the "Pods" that are seperated in the flat version of the shoes.
