Fans of Outdoor Channel's outstanding Best Defense series, listen up: The new season is up and running, focusing on survival, or "prepping" if you prefer.
I'm watching Episode 1 right now. Good stuff.
Yes, I'm reading more and more about survival. Some prefer "prepping," I think "coping" is a better term, since it has Cooper-esque roots in this context. I have just finished Patriots (less a novel than a manual!) and One Second After. I recommend both, but the latter even more than the former.
Yes, I now read Rawles SurvivalBlog everyday. (MDL got me hooked!) It has an amazing depth and breadth of topicality.
