    Fear is a pretty useful tool when you can reduce your neighbor’s major cities to nuclear rubble, and are rat-ass crazy enough to do it. Man if only we had some sort of theater wide anti-ballistic missle system. Oh well it would probably never work anyways, I mean how would you test it in a method that would be easily verifiable by your enemy and thus serve as an active deterent? What are you going to do, launch missles over the pacific and knock them out of the sky in plain view of everyone? That’s just crazy
