Dude, u making that a year in US? Thats a lot of money! In CZ average person makes bout 20K CZK which is bout 1050 USD. Thats 12600 USD a year and we aint living bad. I admit U got electronics cheaper but basic stuff is same. Isnt US in crisis? If U make that much during crisis how much do u make when US economy is normal???
Clueless, folks!
This is a reference to current events.
Let's see how sharp you are...
Google Obama, Biden, Richardson, and see if you can put this riddle together.
Does it matter? It's been a steady downward trend over the last two weeks from $250K to $120K.
It does not matter-who ever becomes President will have to put some sort of a tax in place. The foundation for that was set by the current President by choosing to pursue 4 wars without building a resource base for it.
Plus unlike most folks I do not see allow the Bush tax cuts to expire as a tax increase. I did not benefit a wit from the Bush tax cuts-generally because they were not targeted at my level of taxable income. Simple fact of the matter is that, as a nation, we have lived beyond our means and now the bill is coming due.
Plus-Richardson is not an official part of the Obama campaign. If I made 120K a year I'd count myself lucky.
About 50K, in a blue collar job. Of course, when I started 35 years ago, it was less thank 12K a year. But, then, gas was about 35.9 a gallon, too. Better off? You betcha. Even with the degenerating society. Well, now that I mentioned it...maybe not. Money ain't everything. Money don't mean squat when everything else is crumbling...integrity, honor, character. And Congress has the approval rating of pond scum. And Congress blames everybody else...crikey.
This isn't about building a resource base for spending. Obama admitted during his debate with Charlie Gibson that he knew higher taxes would reduce government revenue, not increase it. It was, he said, a matter of fairness.
In other words, the appearance of fairness is more important than actually increasing the revenue Democrats gnash their teeth over not having. Rather than help pay for this bill that's coming due, where we lived beyond our means, it will only drive us deeper into deficit spending.
Barney Frank has admitted that worries about the budget deficit will take a back seat in this Congress. The only thing sure to be cut is the defense budget, unprecedented in wartime.

They really meant pesos, not dollars. Good Luck America!
