While I have my own reservations about the quality and quantity of Air Force Training, I would remind my knuckle-dragging brothers that Air Force personnel rarely require remedial training in mud-crawling –we tend to get that one right the first time. And, of course, that there may come a day when the only thing standing between them, an ass-load of bad guys with automatic weapons and almost certain death is an F-16, or F-15E, a rack full of CBUs and someone very much like this young man and his “get it right the first time” attitude.
Also note that this young man didn’t just slither snake-like into the muck –he embraced the training opportunity with unbridled enthusiasm and entered the mud from the maximum safe altitude. That’s a guy I want on my team…
