    Another version:

    Push forward on stick, houses get bigger.

    Pull back on stick, houses get smaller.

    Pull back on stick too much, houses spin around and get bigger very fast.

    Good call Alan, that’s generally what I teach my students. But once you’ve got the wings on your chest, the other applies more often I think. Especially in the bar.

    My last boss a BUFF pilot (LTC) said the samething but added it’s so easy a monkey could do it. I added “So sir, what you’re saying is you’re a..” He quickly cut me off by saying don’t even f’ing think about it.
