Brings back fond memories of refueling sorties from my 135. Not always fighters though, usually you’re gassing some Navy E6 or another tanker. And once 9/11 came around, we were filling up NATO C2 birds constantly.

Not to be picky, but shouldn’t that particularly fine example of a multi-role airplane be referred to by it’s proper name, namely Viper?

  3. Lieven says:

Well, the official name is the Fighting Falcon after all. See: http://www.f-16.net/articles_article10.html
