FYI, here's the link to it...

Stay tuned, we need to look it over and digest it. I skimmed it today but have no comment, except this one-- I'm not interested in "a graceful way to lose," as I heard it described on the radio. I'm interested in VICTORY, a.k.a. winning. We'll see what it says about that.

Either we get busy and win, or we get busy and quit. But we can't seem to do either one. Now we seem to want to surrender, and we can't even get that right.
{sigh}
Actually there are many shades of losing and winning. There is a pretty large spectrum of possiblities to this outcome ranging from ridiculously screwed up, to a secure Iraq with a legitimate government. Its going to be a while before real action taken, specifically when George Bush leaves office.

There is victory or defeat. The only question I did not see answeres or ask of Sec. Gates...Ok, we are not winning, then what are you prepared to do to win? I want that questioned asked and answered!!!! Some one has to screw up their courage politically and do the right thing.
