Liberty Film Festival

By John

Thanks to the indispensable Robert Averch of Seraphic Secret for pointing me towards The Liberty Film Festival, the sole conservative film festival in America.

I'm not sharing the link out of any real desire to push a conservative agenda here at OPFOR, I'm just so exhausted from snooty "military-ruined-my-life" flicks, Liberty is a most-welcome breath of fresh air. Check it out.

Robert, by the way, is a proud member of Team Air Force. Give early, give often!

I went to the first Liberty Film Festival 2 years ago in L.A. It was ok.

If you don't like people applauding in theatres when a film makes a point they agree with (I don't), you wouldn't like the LFF.

Some of the films were good. Others were well-intentioned, but just not that good.

In the 15 years I've attended film festivals, people usually applaud when the film makes a point they agree with.

And every festival offers up films that audiences love and films they dislike.

Everyone has an opinion...what I like...someone else won't.

GO TO THE FILM FESTIVAL.

Maybe that's why i don't like film festivals...
