I can't make it through 2 pages of this stuff without howling in laughter. Ahh those whacky commies.

I love the self contradiction within the same sentence - "The DPRK's nuclear test does not contradict the September 19 joint statement under which it committed itself to dismantle nuclear weapons and abandon the existing nuclear program. On the contrary, it constitutes a positive measure for its implementation."
So building nukes is a step in the direction of dismantling them? I guess if you include exploding them on enemies as a form of "dismantling".

Even if we did liberate these peanut brains how many could actually cope with freedom and open critisism?
