    nice!

  2. Jaimo says:

Cool pic. But shouldn’t somebody tell the Air Force guys that if they turn on the propellers, the plane will fly higher??

I’ll take this opportunity to thank the Channel Island ANG. One of their C-130Js wisked me away from Baghdad last year. It got me back to Qatar a lot quicker than the older model Herc that had flown me up. The Guard crew chiefs said they loved the J model, so remember that next time you read about how ‘anonymous’ sources say the Air Force doesn’t want it. The Generals may not like it for some reason, but the TSgts and MSgts (and probably Capts and Maj up front) love it.
