Ain't Gonna Study War No More!

Three people were apprehended this afternoon by police after pouring paint on an Army recruiting station near the University of Minnesota during an antiwar demonstration.
For the life of me, I don’t understand this. From the picture, I get the symbolism: red paint=blood, but the peace signs? What this image shows me is the inherent fallacy of the “peace” movement. These protestors, who advocate a “peace” in our time, are actually demanding inaction in the face of genocide, murder, and ethnic cleansing. Millions of people should be allowed to die, according to this logic, but if one US combat brigade moves to stop it (and heaven forbid if it lines up with US national interest) then the only recourse can be “No Blood For Oil.”
This picture shows me that the modern peace movement has blood on their hands. They have blood on their hands from the deaths of thousands of South Vietnamese that we didn’t help after our withdrawal. They have blood on their hands from the genocide in Cambodia that occurred when the “Domino Theory” came to fruition and Pol Pot got to enact his crazed thesis of societal equalization and wealth distribution (communism carried to its ultimate end state, where children killed their parents with machetes at the behest of the government). They have blood on their hands through the inaction in Rwanda, where millions of people died, and because we lost 18 good men in Somalia, we couldn’t get involved. The peace at any price movement will continue to have blood on their hands if they get their way and withdraw from Iraq, leaving the region to bloodshed and strife at the hands of heartless terrorists. They will have blood on their hands if Iran uses a nuclear weapon against innocent civilians, if Sudan continues its genocide in Darfur and we do nothing to stop it, and if we accept fake promises of “peace” from anyone that would seek to do violence onto others.
I guess this view, that people who want to take innocent life should be stopped, and that universal human rights should apply to everyone, used to be a classical liberal value. These people that “ain’t gonna study war no more” doom themselves, and their children, to repeat the mistakes that have been made in the past by those that think the basic nature of humans has changed.

The post is a great description of today's left wing liberals. I still wonder how they can sleep at night knowing they are as respondible for millions of deaths as the ones who pulled the trigger. I guess that's why most of the facilities for the insane are packed, some couldn't take the guilt.
The eight generals and the CIA agents that turned traitor on the troops they left in the field are now responsible for the deaths of 67 more American soldiers. They wouldn't be any more responsible it they had set the bombs and fired the guns themselves. Americans turning traitor for the left wing political cause will be the death of this country. The so called democratic party has went off the deep end in their quest for power. Nothing nor anyone is safe from the obstructionist, traitorous, criminal party. What is the latest count? Seventy two (72)democrats in congress are under investigation for some type of ethic's violation or crime, and they call the Republicans the party of corruption. I knew Peloshi and Reid were trying to cover up something when they went on their rants.
They are not for peace, they are just aginst the United States.
Part of the problem is there are two types of people involved in this nonsense. First we have the poor naive soul who actually believes that the USA is evil, that if we stopped fighting all the troubles in the world would be over. Then we have the folk who take cynical advantage of the first group, whose sole goal is to obtain power and use it for their goals. They are the real sickos who would place power for person and party over the good of the nation and the rest of the world that they passionately claim that they care about.
Amen. I'd add to that all of the Americans killed on 9/11, which could have been prevented if previous administrations had responded to the numerous terrorist attacks from the Beirut barracks bombing to the USS Cole with more than just impotent missile launches.
Who castrated my eagle? Peace dipsticks can run the Army off the campus in a full retreat? And we fund these campus'? I don't get it! I surely wouldn't attempt to figure the minds of these peace wackos; but our Commander-in-Chief is allowing his troops to be treated in this way? If what they do is exercising their "freedom of expression", couldn't we too, beat them til they pee, and call it "freedom of expression" ? I would be expressing that they ain't gettin' away with this anti-American stuff in America. No one has to "like" America. They can go to that better country that they wish America were more like. Oops, they don't know of a better country, do they?

I think since these type of people have such a better way of handing evil people a way US “knuckle dragger primitives who just simplify to evil+enemy=kill”. I actually agree their way is better why not, great, lets round em up when they rally like this, put em on a air plane, fly em straight to the zone of conflict that is just in need of some “peace-love-&-happiness” understanding, drop them off then evac ourselves out on the fly.
If their way is truly more effective than ours they will live and through educated enlightened speech bring the peace love and happiness to X troubled region and evil cough misunderstood enemy. If it don’t work out well then we will go back to our plan and the peace-love&happiness survivors who return can explain to the others how some things are best left to those who know how to handle the evil reality of this world run on Human Nature not some peace-love&happiness utopia dreamland.
Thank God I live in the deep south if I saw this type of idiocy I would probably end up in jail in short order.
If we fail in turning this once great nation around I really feal sorry for my Son.
